The whole picture
As an Occupational Therapist, I look at how your body, your stress levels, your relationships, and the roles you are carrying all interact in your daily life.
More on my approachYour physical body, your mood and emotions, your relationships, and ultimately your sense of who you are becoming in the midst of all these changes. It can feel like everything is shifting at once… as if the rug is being pulled out from under you.
I am an Occupational Therapist offering Psychotherapy-based support for women navigating this stage of life.
